City of Massillon Rebate Designation

The Massillon Exterior Renovation Grant can award eligible homeowners with either a 10% or 20% rebate.  Eligibile homeowners who live within the city's designated low income areas (shaded in pink on the map below), will be eligible for a 20% rebate.  All other eligible homeowners living outside of the pink shaded areas will be eligible for a 10% rebate. Please notice the areas outlined in black represent the City of Massillon's Corporation Limits. Any homeowners living outside of the city limits are not eligible for either rebate amount.
