Impact Canton

Impact Canton is a community revitalization initiative led by Community Building Partnership of Stark County, Inc. Each year, volunteers, neighbors, and local partners come together to beautify and strengthen targeted neighborhoods in the City of Canton. Through home repairs, landscaping, cleanups, and community engagement activities, Impact Canton fosters pride, safety, and connection—one block at a time.

How Impact Canton Works

The Volunteers

Volunteers come from all places. Local pastors and their congregations, business owners and their employees,

City Officials, CBP staff and their families. People from all walks of life come together to make a difference.

The Neighborhood

Each year, a different neighborhood is selected for Impact Canton. Neighborhoods are always low-to-moderate income areas targeted by the City for revitalization.

The Houses

Impact is completely FREE for the homeowners! The project is limited to exterior repairs. including landscaping, painting, deck/porch/ railing repairs, tree trimming, brush removal, power washing, etc..

The Impact

Impact Canton makes a lasting difference in neighborhoods by improving housing conditions and boosting community pride,. This initiative brings people together to invest in their community—building momentum for long-term revitalization.
