Community Building Partnership (CBP) wants to help incentivize exterior residential improvement in the City of Massillon!  If you are a homeowner in the City of Massillon, completing exterior projects to your home, you may be eligible for a cash rebate of either 10% or 20% depending on your location.  CBP collects a more detailed application (full application) upon completion of your exterior project.

1. Please complete the fields below, tell us about your exterior project, and then click the submit button (this pre-application is not your full application).

2. After you click the submit button below, you will be redirected to another page that contains a PDF link to the full application (feel free to print or save to your computer).

3. Only submit the full application along with the required supporting documentation when your exterior project is completed.

4. Full applications with supporting documentation can be submitted to CBP via email, US mail, or hand-delivered.
