CBP Down Payment Assistance

Community Building Partnership is excited to offer its very own Down Payment Assistance Program in addition to the City of Canton's program!  This offer is extended to prospective buyers interested in purchasing a resident for owner-occupancy in any of Community Building Partnership's targeted neighborhoods (currently The Aultman Core Asset Area, The Vassar Park Area, and the Fulton Road Corridor).  There are no income requirements, and the reward can be as much as $2000*!

General Program Requirements
  • Applicants must complete eHome

eHome is a first-time home buyer's online education course that is required of all applicants to any of Community Building Partnership's Down Payment Assistance Programs*.

  • The Home Must be Located within one of CBP's Featured Neighborhoods.

Program restricted to CBP-featured neighborhoods only.  Please see program brochure for details.  For additional details, please contact Community Building Partnership.

  • Grants Limited to Annual Funding

Since funding is limited to first-come, first serve basis, we urge you contact us to ensure that funding is still available for your home.

*Total assistance limited to $2,000.  eHome program program fees vary depending on program,  Funding delivered via check to title company upon closing.  Home-buyer not eligible for any rebates.  Cannot be combined with any other down payment assistance programs.
