Community Building Partnership is excited to offer its very own $2,000 Down Payment Assistance grant for buyers purchasing a residential property for owner-occupancy in The Aultman Core Asset Area. There are no income requirements.
Program Requirements
eHome America
Applicants must complete eHome America's $99 homebuyer education course.
Aultman Core Asset Area
The home must be located within the Aultman Core Asset Area.
Grants Limited to Annual funding
Funding is awarded on a first-come, first serve basis. Please contact CBP to ensure that funding is still available for your home.
