CBP created the Healthy Neighborhoods Program (HNP) with the goal to promote each neighborhood as a “neighborhood of choice” where residents are confident to invest their time, effort and money, as well as become actively involved in the everyday management of activities in the neighborhoods. As one way to promote each of our six targeted renewal areas we have compiled an up-to-date listing of homes For Sale in each area (see below).
