The Exterior Grant Reward Program (EGR) is an incentive program to promote resident investment as a means of neighborhood revitalization.  The EGR Program was developed to allow homeowners already completing an interior/exterior property improvement project(s) an opportunity for additional exterior property improvements.  Only homeowners who have completed an interior/exterior improvement project(s) in 2012 and reside within the boundaries of CBP’s six targeted renewal areas (see below) are eligible to receive the Exterior Grant Reward.  The EGR Program does not provide assistance funding towards a property improvement.  The funds are clearly designed to provide funding for stand alone projects after an initial project exceeding $3,000 has been completed in 2012.
