What is the CBP Co-Op Program?

The goal of the CBP Co-Op Program is to provide tangible home maintenance opportunities to homeowners in order to stop the cycle of disinvestment and instill pride of home ownership through reinvestment. These opportunities are pre-identified common household maintenance and/or improvement projects throughout a neighborhood allowing residents to take advantage of a cost savings through a cooperative agreement with their neighbors and licensed contractors.

Do you qualify?
